The property’s backyard is Lake Lanier. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The room available is in the downstairs unit, which has its own living room and kitchen. The unit downstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs unit is also available, I believe. I am making the post to find a roommate. I am in good standing with the landlord. Pet-friendly (may have some restrictions on dog sizes). The monthly rent has not been set yet, but the landlord mentioned it would be around $800.

About the roomies

I will be the roommate in the downstairs unit. I work in a clinic during the week and enjoy watching movies on the weekends. I am a homebody and love to do crafts. I have a pet snake (small) that will stay in my room. Music artists I enjoy are Mac Miller, Joji, Hozier, Noah Kahn, and Tyler Childers. I would prefer like-minded people, so if you are not LGBTQ+ friendly, please do not contact. I have a medium-distance boyfriend, so he would stay weekends when he visits.
