One of the best maintained apartments I’ve ever lived in, its 5 minutes from downtown and 7 from university drive. Washer +dryer hookups (planning to buy a set soon) and beautiful nature trails in the area. Its 2 1/2 bed 2 bath so theres a room with a little extra storage! Potentially ok with a cat but might be a rough adjustment period. Dogs super welcome!

I have a sweet cat named Orpheus and I’d be the only other person in the apartment. Im quiet and only have people over about once a week (usually only 1-2) I respect other peoples space and property and keep a pretty tidy apartment. I spend most of my time reading or sketching or studying. Queer and trans friendly!
