I have two rooms available for rent in a nice house I’m currently renting. I’m looking for two females who are clean and respectful. There’s no drinking, smoking or partying allowed. My home is very welcoming and I would enjoy sharing it with friendly ladies. Must be able to pass a background and credit check, per property management rules. The rent is $850.00 a month per room, utilities included, with a shared bath.

I am currently the only occupant of the home. I do have a 4 yr old granddaughter who comes every other week and spends a few hours with me nightly. I work M- F from 6:00 am until 3:00 pm. I’m very quiet, clean, respectful and not pushy. I’m looking for females who are like minded.
