Looking for someone to take over my lease this summer from June 1 - July 28. The lease ends July 28th but there is a chance you may be able to extend it for the following school year. Females only.

It’s a spacious room with a private bathroom, with a kitchen and common area shared by two other roommates. The rooms is furnished with a desk, chair, bed frame, mattress, bedside table, and a wardrobe cabinet. I’m also willing to leave some of the extra items like spinning desk chair, shower curtain, rug, etc. if you would like!

The apartment is only about a 15 minute walk to campus, with a bus stop nearby going there every 10-20 minutes! And it takes only a few minutes to get there by car or bike. The aparment itsself if located next to the basketball court, and there are nice parks and walking trails nearby. Theres also in-unit laundry, plenty of parking, and utilities are included in rent.

One other roomate living there but she will not be present over the summer.
