About the room
I have a room open in a 3 bed 1 bath house close to CSU! Lease goes until July 28th and move in time is May 15th (can go up until June 1st if needed). I am also willing to split the month of May rent is needed. Rent is $750 a month and utilities are never more that $100.
About the house: It has 2 living rooms, big kitchen and bathroom, and then room you are going to be taking is the biggest one! It is close to a King Soopers and lots of restaurants. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.
About the roomies
The roommates: Maggie (23) and Anna (23) are both easygoing and chill people! They like to go out n about, go to bars, and have roomie time. They also enjoy their alone time and hanging at the house.
