Apartment is on the second floor. Room is completely empty and has its own closet, so feel free to bring your own furniture. If needed, I have an air mattress, a spare comfy chair, and a spare tv if you need time to get your own. Kitchen is packed full of utensils, silverware, cookware, glasses, and everything else you’ll need. Shared bathroom. Living room is fully furnished with my electronics though room can easily be made. Shared basement with downstairs neighbor. Lots of storage space and our own washer and dryer in basement. We also have our own balcony. The area is pretty good. Government buildings are close by next to the ymca. Large variety of restaurants nearby with the Cameo Grill being a short walk away. Massillon Marketplace is also close by with Lowes, Dollar Tree, Gamestop, and Wal-Mart. There is also an Aldi’s and Menard’s a little further past walmart. The Regal Theater is also nearby, so you won’t have to travel all the way to Cinemark to see the newest films. Rent includes cost of electric, gas, and wifi. Landlord doesn’t charge for water.

I work a 2 2 3 shift schedule at Shearer’s. So, on days that I work, Ill practically be gone all day until 7:30pm. I enjoy cooking and will take time to make my own recipes. I play video games, hang with my friends online, and I will bury myself in a good book. I also head to the ymca on most days that I am off. I do my best to remain clean and sanitary. I ask that you do the same and understand that while I am a reasonable person, I will not accept excuses for bad behavior.
