Rent includes internet, water, sewer, trash, and concierge services. You would also pay half of the PG&E.

Must love cats! I have one indoor cat and you can too. The lease allows a maximum of two. I also have fish, but you don’t have to love them.

You’d have a mostly private bathroom because I have my own and unless there are guests (pretty infrequent for me), you’d be the only one using the communal bathroom.

Laundry is in a separate building on the property and has an app. $1.75 to wash, $1.75 to dry.

Property amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, Amazon locker, 24-hour fitness room, night patrol, and trash valet service.

Parking is off-street and first come, or I can rent my reserved spot to you for an additional $100 per month. There is also a stop for the CityBus 6 line.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the complex, including the patio and parking lots. You have to leave the property entirely to smoke.

Partial furnishing optional, including a very nice futon.

Photos of the room and bathroom are stock from the apartment website until my current roommate moves out, but that’s the real living room and kitchen.

I’m quiet, clean, and introverted. I spend most of my time at home watching movies, container gardening, taking care of my cat and fish, reading, and baking.
