About the room

Room available in my apartment for someone who actually knows how to clean up after themselves. I just finished a massive deep-clean and I’m looking for a roommate who will help keep it that way. The Deal: Cleanliness is non-negotiable: I have a cleaning schedule on the fridge and I stick to it. If you’re proactive about keeping your space and the common areas spotless, we’ll get along great. The Vibe: This is a queer, pagan home. In my early 30s, looking for someone in a similar stage of life—no college house parties, but also not a retirement vibe either. I’m an anime nerd, mostly the anime of my days, gamer (but not CoD or fortnite), and very 420 friendly. Pets: I have a dog, he doesn’t get along with other animals. Sorry :/ but he’d love your attention so much. Your space: bedroom and closet, bathroom with sink and toilet, and then the shower connects in between your bathroom and mine

Shared space: living room, dining area, kitchen, front porch, back “porch”-like space.

Parking: on property parking lot, no assigned spots (but be courteous)

Terms: Rent: $[1275] + utilities = all split in half

Water included with rent, internet at 500mps with Quantum Fiber, electric fluctuates thanks to our “lovely” scorching Florida weather.

About the roomies

Just me and the dog! I’m recently divorced, queer, nerd, leftist, stoner, Puerto Rican. I try to be friendly and courteous unless you’re a conservative-religious person who’s agreeing with current politics of our country. I’m not social, but I will socialize occasionally (just most of the time I’m tired from my day)…just don’t be bothered that I’m in my room. I like to cook and if we vibe well, when I make too much I will offer you some.

Dog: chihuahua, at least 10yrs old… as long as you give him lots of pets and scritchies, he will love you. House broken so will not go potty in the apartment. Hardly barks except to alert or because he’s excited, so great for students that need quiet home. If you want to give treats, as long as it’s within his dietary needs, he will also love you lol.
