We’re 10-15 min from Downtown Austin and 5 min from McKinney Falls State Park or Southpark Meadows. The lot has mature trees and shade. The home comes fully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches - everyone always says it’s a hidden gem 💎 and I’m offering it at a reasonable rate because I’m an Austin unicorn. I’ve been here all my life and I don’t think it’s fair that costs are as high as they are. Everyone should be able to afford a place to live. PERIODT. I think I have priced this very fairly; if you don’t agree, come see the space and let me know your thoughts. And please ask if you need anything bc I’ll try to make it happen! 🌈♥️

🛏️YOUR Bedroom - This room is unfinished, but if needed, I do have a nightstand, shelf and drawer unit, a standing lamp, and a mini fridge with a separate freezer so you have your own space for food items. (You will also have one shelf in both the fridge and freezer in the kitchen.)

🌲Backyard - The backyard has a gate into greenbelt behind the home and has a covered gazebo with shed storage space, a two-person porch swing, & fully covered patio. The fence was just replaced June 2025 as well.

👗Laundry Room - There’s a NEW 2-1 LG smart washer/dryer in laundry room so you never have to worry about starting the dryer again!.

🛋️Living Room - Lots of light with new windows that reduce heat and are covered for privacy, couch, two chairs, lots of bookshelves, plant shelves, and a variety of art and thoughtful decor everywhere, including a disco ball!

🍳Kitchen - Newly remodeled kitchen with NEW stove and dishwasher, coffee bar, and dinette set. All kitchen essentials are provided! You will also have dedicated pantry space in the kitchen, and dedicated fridge and freezer space (as well as a mini fridge and freezer provided in your room).

🌿Den - This is an enchanting space with string lights across the entire ceiling of the room, a big TV, and a record player. (The garage was converted into this space and it also has AC.)

One month rent + security deposit due at signing of lease.
