Our home is located in town in Dover on a nice property with a fenced-in yard, and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. We have chickens on the property for a little homestead charm, along with three friendly dogs who are part of the household. Dover has a quiet small-town feel with local amenities nearby (Eyota is 10 minutes away, Saint Charles is roughly 6 minutes away), and it’s only about 20 minutes from Rochester, making it convenient for commuting while enjoying a more peaceful setting. This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys animals, some outdoor space, and a comfortable home environment.

About the roomies

A little about us — my boyfriend (23) and I (24) live here with our 10-month-old daughter. My boyfriend works full-time as a landscaper, is gone most of the day, and is extremely laid back and easy to get along with. Our daughter is a very good baby — she sleeps through the night, has a sweet temperament, and loves being around people. As for me, I work full-time while also going to school, so life stays busy, but I’m responsible, friendly, and easygoing. We’re a pretty relaxed household and value a peaceful, comfortable home environment. We’re looking for someone who would be a good fit with our little family and shared space.
