It’s very spacious has great sunlight, the kitchen is an up to date good size kitchen, you have a direct entrance to the bathroom, it would be shared with another roommate if there is one, I’ve had the for a couple months and I haven’t had to share the bathroom cause there’s not another roommate. The backyard is really cute, theres also a two car garage that I use frequently, but in-front of the garage there is parking space as well and street parking. It’s 5 mins away from 495, Wheaton mall, not to far from dc and ample public transportation, plenty of grocery stores and shopping areas within walking distance or driving.

I honestly don’t see my roommates to often, the girl that’s been there the longest is so sweet, she’s in the basement area you’d be on the top floor, the land lady doesn’t live onsite but she is also very helpful and nice, I felt really welcomed when I moved in the only reason I’m moving is cause my job is farther now. The other roommate that’s in the main floor and he’s very nice. everyone is pretty quiet and also polite, very easy to communicate with!!!
