Nice home in historic dwtn Clinton. Access to laundry, kitchen, back patios and pool. We have rented to couples before and it was great! Price includes utilities and internet. No kids, no pets. I have 2 dogs. Smoking ok outside only and you need to mainrain your area. The room is fully furnished, bed, dresser, 70“ TV, closets and 2 leather recliners.

My husband and I live here and occasionally my grandson will spend the night. Family will visit from out of area on occasion as well. I’m pretty easy going.
