About the room
In-unit laundry, backyard, bathroom shared on the floor with another room. The room is ideal for someone who’s short, since the window is pretty low to the ground. The room is unfurnished, but I have a spare bed frame if you need it.
The neighborhood has coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket , a pharmacy, free tennis courts and a bus stop, all within a block away. If you walk out a few more blocks, Baker Beach, China Beach, Grocery Outlet and dozens of other shops are a 10 minute walk.
