I’ve been here for a year and love the building! You’ll have a private bedroom with a connected bathroom, walk-in closet, & a tandem parking space. The unit also has a full kitchen, living room, and patio and central AC. Water is included, other utilities are not too bad- $25 or so each for wifi and gas, electric in the 1-200 range. The property is really well managed- nice courtyard, community grills, on-site laundry and quick maintenance. The other tenants are mostly couples and families which keeps things relatively quiet. Within walking distance to some good coffee shops & a Ralph’s, with easy access to the 101.

Been based out of LA for about 5 years now, working in production and making ends meet as a line dance teacher. I’m a little disorganized in my own room, but I like to keep common areas clean- do dishes quickly, wipe counters, sweep floors, etc. When I’m not working I’m usually out dancing or watching the Marlins lose. Always happy to check out a new spot or hang outside the apt.
