About the room
Close to downtown Sauk Rapids. So shopping is within walking distance. Just cross the river and you’re in St. Cloud. Private room. You can furnish or I can. Just moved in, so still getting settled and doing some remodeling. House is big enough that you can enjoy your some space. House is clean, even though it is being worked on. Great kitchen, if you like cooking. Second frig so we don’t compete for frig space.
About the roomies
I’m a 65 year old female, who works part-time out of the house and then part-time from home. Non-smoker, do not party. I have 2 big dogs, so no other pets will be allowed. And two parakeets who stay in their home. Pretty easy going.
