No smoking allowed inside, but it is allowed on the rooftop deck with the use of an ashtray. Utilities will be on average about $50-75 each, subject to variation depending on usage. Free parking with spots always available (no zone parking). Pets must be friendly with cats, as one currently lives there. She is friendly with cats and tolerates dogs.

There are currently 2 college females living in the house, including myself. We are both pre-med students and very clean. We have one very cuddly short-haired cat who is friendly with all animals. We love to keep a quiet house but definitely like to have people over or hang out! We would love to find someone that we can easily get along with and maybe even be friends with! We love doing things outdoors and spending time on the rooftop deck.
