Small, family friendly neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 20 minutes from downtown Cary.

You’d have your own master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Driveway would fit your and my cars.

The house is fully furnished but if you need to move in your own bedroom furniture, that’s fine.

Unfortunately no other pets are allowed besides my cat.

I am in my 30’s and am a leader at a nonprofit. I am responsible, tidy, trustworthy, respectful, and friendly. I pay my bills on time. I have one cat who I would need help caring for when I’m out of town.

No drugs, no alcoholics, no parties.

I expect my roommate to also be of these qualities.

The landlord’s daughter would stay in the guest bedroom a handful of times a month for her commute to Master’s. She’s in her 20’s.
