3 story house. Finished large 2-bedroom attic, you would be using the entire 2-bedroom space. Shared bathroom, total of 2 in the house, one full bath in bedrooms side and half in lower level of house by kitchen. Access to large backyard if needed. House has living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard. House has parking but not included in the rent, open to negotiate if parking is needed.

Good location, only 10-minute walk to NJ Transit train/bus. stop is Elizabeth-Broad St.

No couples. No pets. Single occupancy only.

I would like someone quiet, responsible, and who will pay rent on time; no company allowed due to child living in the home (I am open to further discussing). Can use all spaces of the home, as long as the person is neat and cleans after themselves. During day no one is home, I am home in evenings, I do have cameras around the home (kitchen and living room, front door, driveway and backyard) for safety. I would like someone to be on a month-to-month lease for time being.

You would be living with female 31, child 12, we have a golden doodle dog, and currently another adult- male 38 who will be leaving soon.
