I have a lovely home in a 55+ age community in newest section of Orchard Ranch North. Newer 2 bedroom home, shared with living room, kitchen and laundry. Private bedroom with attached private bath. Covered parking. Must pass required background check with orchard ranch north. Swimming, pickleball, full workout facility are included in rent along with utilities and WiFi, sling, Netflix. If preferred unfurnished bedroom can be discussed.
