I have a 1900 sq ft. house that is four years old in Adamson Creek. Fully fenced. I have dogs. I turned the master bedroom into a 550-600 sq ft. ADU studio with separate entrance and separate from rest of the house with own patio. It has a mini kitchen studio set up w. huge walk in closet, oversized master bathroom with double sink bathroom. Washer and dryer use with driveway parking and community pool. All utilities included. Finishing touch up paint. Ready for move in. Looking for someone mature, clean, responsible, low maintenance, friendly and if willing to feed my dogs when I don’t take them traveling—would be a huge plus! :)

My kids are grown and am semi-retired. I travel quite a bit. Mostly with my dogs but sometimes not. Former military and a free spirit who is very friendly but also loves my alone time.
