About the room

There are two rooms to pick from, which share a bathroom. The first has a balcony and more closet space so the rent is a bit higher than the second. The condo has a small backyard, heating and cooling, in unit laundry, lots of storage, and a large common area. It’s located in Golden right off of 470, i70, and US-6. It’s also right by tons of trails. I’ve lived all around Denver and this is my favorite spot by far!

About the roomies

My two current roommates are moving away so I’m filling both bedrooms. About me: 25yo, I work hybrid as a software engineer (2 days currently, usually 4 days), and I am getting a dog this summer.
