Private room available in a clean 3-bedroom condo in Grand Junction. The home is in a convenient location and is a good fit for someone who values a peaceful, respectful living environment.

The condo includes shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and garage/storage space. Utilities (internet/electric/water/heat) are split between roommates.

I currently have one other roommate already locked in and moving in soon, and I’m looking for someone who is responsible, financially stable, clean, and easy to live with.

I have cats, so applicants need to be comfortable living with cats. At this time I strongly prefer no additional pets/dogs due to space and compatibility.

Rent is $700/month. I typically ask for first month, last month, and a security deposit before move-in.

I’m in my late 20s and work full time. I keep the house pretty relaxed, clean, and drama-free. I value open communication, respect, and keeping shared spaces in good shape. I enjoy fitness, gaming, music, and staying busy with work/goals.

The other roommate moving in soon is also in his 20s, respectful, easygoing, and focused on work. We’re both looking to create a stable, low-drama environment with people who are responsible and easy to live with.
