I have a room for rent, room has carpet, its own bathroom and balcony. Property is a town home, open kitchen, big living area, rooms are upstairs. there’s a small patio out back. I have a ring camera for security and working on getting a package concealer for the front door. I will provide keys. there is a pool on site. two parking spots. its a quiet neighborhood.

It is just me and my german shephard that will be on the property. My gf might come over sometimes.

I work a lot, but when I’m home usually vibing by listening to music or studying for school. Typically, really quiet human but I am an extrovert.
