Hello potential Roomies, I have an upstairs room available, the room is 14“x14’ with your own bathroom. The house is located in a Gated Community in the fig garden loop, close to many different shops and restaurants. It’s a newer house (2007) with plenty of upgrades. We’re located approximately 15 min to River park, 15 min to Fresno city college, 15min to down town Fresno, 30 min to Fresno state and 30 min to Clovis. I will request a background check during application process.

My name is Jon, I’m a paramedic for the local ambulance company. I enjoy outdoor adventures, snowboarding, video games, movies, (love) board games, books and traveling.

I have a Long haired Cat named Mango , who will eventually come out to see you.

I am looking for 1 roommate to join me for the occasional game night and general shenanigans. Or if you prefer a quiet low key house I am relatively quiet, and have a pretty busy schedule.
