About the room
Close to freeway, shopping, friendly animals, non smoking, clean, comfortable living space. Parking included. No more pets as I have 2 cats and a small senior dog. Renters insurance and camera at front door that you will have access to as well. Full access to apartment and will be getting a small storage unit close by once roommate is selected that you will have access to use as well for additional $20-40/ monthly depending on rate and size of unit.
About the roomies
It’s just me- I work nights, dont drink, not a lot of company. I stay pretty busy between work, volunteering and church. I’m currently studying to be a Christian disciple. My son just turned 18 lives with his dad and will be leaving for the Navy in July.
