Looking for a housemate starting July 1st (move-in timing flexible). The home is located on Tioga Ave in a great St. Johns neighborhood - close to downtown, with easy access to grocery and convenience stores, lots of nearby food and entertainment options, and Cathedral Park within walking distance.

The house has a spacious, open-layout living room and kitchen with updated appliances (including KitchenAid). You’d have two rooms that work well for an office or gaming setup, along with your own private bathroom on the opposite side of the house from my space, offering a nice sense of separation. The backyard is large and well set up with fruit trees, garden space, a fire pit, string lights, and a BBQ. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Shared areas are mostly furnished, though there’s flexibility to adjust or add pieces if needed. LGBT+-friendly household. Standard background and credit check required. Rent for your portion is $1200 per month, with lease terms flexible (12-month lease = 13th month free). Utilities typically run about $150 per month each.

I’m a working professional in my 30s and have been in Portland for about 5 years. I like spending time exploring the city and the wider PNW—hiking, camping, trivia nights, game nights, gaming, concerts, and community events.
