• 10 min walk to Abbot Kinney
• Street parking (very easy on weekdays)
• Shared patio
• Shared house!

• We have a community here! 2 of us upstairs in the upper duplex, 3 lovely gays in the lower duplex (so must be LGBT ally!), and a wonderful french girl in the back house!
• Dobby, our house elf/puppy, will ask for cuddles! And eye contact…
• Also close with other neighbors on the walk street!
• We surf, skate, bike, play beach volleyball, play pool!
• We are both young professionals working in the music industry!
