Welcome home! 🏡 This cozy furnished bedroom has everything you need to settle in comfortably — a full-size bed, large closet, and even a walking pad to keep you moving! We’ve kept it minimally furnished so you can add your own personal touches and truly make it yours. All utilities and WiFi are included, and you’ll have access to basic kitchen staples, the kitchen, living room, backyard, and pool. One driveway parking spot is yours too! Shared Bathroom You’ll share a lovely bathroom with vanity and shower over tub with one other guest — easy and comfortable! Pets Welcome! 🐾 Love your fur baby? Bring them! Pets under 45 lbs are welcome with a $300 refundable deposit and $50/month pet fee. We just ask that you handle all pet care and any damages. House Rules We like to keep things peaceful and respectful around here! Quiet hours are 11PM–7AM, no smoking anywhere on the property, and one car per tenant. Daytime visitors are totally fine — overnight guests need prior approval. We’d love for you to feel like part of the household and pitch in to keep our shared spaces tidy. 😊 Moving Out When it’s time to go, just give us 30 days written notice. We’ll do a walkthrough together, and as long as the room is repainted (paint provided!), carpet shampooed, and all your belongings are out, your deposit will be back in your hands within 30 days. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an employed, responsible tenant who’s ready to sign a lease and treat this place like home. No smoking, and pet rules are strictly followed. About the Home This is a warm, owner-occupied home with a sweet little dog already in residence. You’re not just renting a room — you’re joining a household.
