We have 3 rooms available, each with privacy. Every room has heating and air conditioning. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the house has a spacious kitchen. We like to keep the house clean and organized, and we ask that everyone helps maintain that. We are friendly, calm, and respectful people, and we expect the same from anyone who decides to rent with us. The rooms are for one person only (no couples), and pets are not allowed, as we already have a dog and a cat in the home.
