The main full bathroom with shower is upstairs and the half bathroom is downstairs. The room is located on the second floor and includes a large bed, dresser, microwave, TV and mini fridge.

-Home Layout, Location, and Transportation This is a clean two story condo with one and a half bathrooms. The full bathroom with a shower is upstairs, and the half bathroom is downstairs.

The biggest advantage of this room is the location. Even without a car, most daily needs are within walking distance, including supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, shopping, and other essentials.

Public transportation is excellent. There are two nearby Metro Expo Line stations, one at National Blvd and Palms Blvd and another at Venice Blvd and National Blvd. These provide direct access to Downtown Los Angeles, USC, Santa Monica Beach, and the 3rd Street Promenade.

The Big Blue Bus Line 12 stops across the street and goes directly to UCLA and Westwood. Additional bus routes nearby provide service to Venice Beach and many destinations throughout West LA and surrounding areas.

The condo is located in a quiet and safe Palms neighborhood in West LA. UCLA, Santa Monica College, and West LA College are approximately ten minutes away. Venice Beach is about 4.2 miles away, and LAX Airport is approximately 6.9 miles away. Easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways.

The area offers convenient walkable access to Culver Shopping Center, Ralphs Market, restaurants, gas stations, barbershops, and other everyday services. Nearby amenities also include LA Fitness, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Downtown Culver City, and Sony Studios.

-Lease Terms Month to month lease with the option to extend to 3, 6, or 12 months if both parties agree and feel comfortable.

-Availability The room will be available starting Fri, 01 May 2026 -Location: West LA / Palm Street parking is available, and there is no dedicated parking space included with the room. However, a temporary parking spot may be available for a limited time. This could last around 6 months, more or less depending on availability, and is not guaranteed or included in the rent.
