Super cute and walkable neighborhood. Tucked away in quiet neighborhood in Mission Hills, walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, fitness studios, and shops. Great for taking a morning or evening stroll. Super nice people in the neighorhood. The apartment comes with a remote activated garage to ensure your vehicle always has a spot and is safe. You would have your own bedroom (queen bed provided) and your own bathroom. The room has beautiful bright, natural lighting. We have a cute, sharable living space, kitchen and dining space. The balcony is sweet place to relax and listen to birds. I have loved living at this place, but need to leave San Diego for a few months. Sub lease term is negotiable.

My current roommate is awesome and we have been friends for over 15 years. She is in her late twenties, and tends to be out most of the day. She is active and eats well. She is either skating, doing yoga, working out, going for walks/runs. She is easy going, and a great communicator. She is social and likes to go out and travels a bunch, but is always quiet when she gets home (never brings the party home). She tends to stay at her boyfriends multiple times a week so it will feel like you have the place to yourself from time to time.
