Private, decent size room. Comes furnished with a TwinXL, a desk, closet space, 2 drawers for clothes. You also get your own bathroom. Nice quiet area. Property comes with nice amenities such as pool, hot tubs, gym, pickleball/basketball courts, sand volleyball, dance/pilates rooms, game rooms, and more. A lot of students located here, mostly from UVU so its a great place to meet people.
About the roomies
There are currently 2 other girls living here. They both go to UVU and very nice. Common areas in the apartment are kept clean and there are never any issues with anyone else making too much noise.
