Read it all! Great, Quiet, safe, neighborhood. It’s like an apartment, but with a shared kitchen between our two units. Beautiful huge 12 x 25’ room (size of 2 bedrooms!) plus a separate 7x 9 foot office/study/sitting room, plus a 5x5’ walk-in custom closet. Private entrance through a secluded private patio, parking 15 feet from the door or carport.. Big Jacuzzi tub bathroom and shower. Garden views from all windows. Very light and spacious, wood burning fireplace. Heating and air conditioning. All tv channels, Great quiet safe neighborhood. It’s the back part of a private house. Shared gourmet kitchen and dining room. Might negotiate for right people. Two old friendly cats live in the front of the house.

I’m a community events consultant, very active, very busy, and not home a lot.. this is a great place for someone who wants their privacy and doesn’t want to live in an apartment complex.
