I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath space with! The Luxe apartments are located directly behind The Streets of Indian Lake so the area is very safe and walkable. The apartment itself is inside and an access code must be used to enter the building. The room is on the 3rd floor but the building has an elevator so it’s never an issue! The room is 14’4“ x 11’3“ with a closet. You would also have your own bathroom that’s directly next to the room. For cost, the rent includes everything (wifi, trash pickup, water/sewage) except for the electric bill which usually comes to about $100 or $50 each!
