If 1 is filled rent is 735+utilities, if we fill both rooms rent goes to 550+utilities. Home has washer/dryer, dishwasher, tons of natural light. Roommates are clean and respectful of shared spaces. Not a party house but not opposed to visitors on occasion. Rooms not furnished.

2 current roommates both mid 30s professional ladies. One working in education, the other does auto body work. We value people who are respectful of common spaces. Not a party house but also not opposed to small dinner gatherings.
