The apartment is at The Arbors, and is near the M and W bus lines, near campus, and even closer to Downtown Davis. The complex is quiet (mostly grad students, families, and professionals live here), and has noise rules at night to ensure a quiet environment. The laundry room is attached to the same building so it’s very close. There is a clubhouse which is open all the time, a pool and hot tub. There is permit-based bike and car parking on site and it is a gated community. The apartment is a 2x2 so you’d get a private bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment is only available from the listed date to August 2024. There is some train noise since the railroad tracks are nearby but it’s not bad honestly.

I just moved out so you’d be rooming with my former housemate. They are nonbinary and keep mostly to themselves in their room. They like crafting and sewing. They value open communication.
