About the room

The house is an official historical residence - a three-story Victorian with four bedrooms, two bathrooms with claw-foot bathtubs, a large kitchen with dining table, large backyard with fountain and side gate entrance, washer/dryer, two refrigerators, and a two-car driveway and street parking.

The bedroom available is 12x14, has a north facing window, a closet, and fresh carpeting. You’ll share a bathroom with another female roommate. No pets please (we already have a friendly short-haired cat). Six-month lease, then month-to-month. First month’s prorated rent + $950 security deposit to move in, and available for immediate move-in. Utilities average $125/month and include internet.

About the roomies

Hello! We’re a house of creative professionals in our 20s – early 40s seeking a 4th housemate. There’s currently two females and one male living in this large Victorian house. We’ve been living here many years (because the house and location is awesome!) and we are looking for a female housemate anywhere from their late 20s to late 40s who is chill, has stable income, enjoys relaxing in a beautiful house, can entertain an occasional conversation, and is capable of cleaning up after themselves (although we’re not neat freaks either!)

The current housemates work in music, tech, medical, and the arts. Everyone’s respectful, clean, and easygoing, and we’d love to find someone compatible with and understanding of our diverse lifestyles and interests. Though we each have our personal space within the house, we collaborate as a family unit in our home, treat our home as our sanctuary, and treat each other with kindness, consideration, and respect.
