The house is located on Academy Road in Albany—a great, central location close to hospitals, restaurants, and everything you need. It’s especially convenient to Albany Medical Center and St. Peter’s Hospital. The home is adorable, with a spacious backyard and a comfortable, welcoming feel—perfect for a quieter, respectful living environment. We’re currently looking to fill two rooms to keep rent around $800/month. The house includes a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and shared living spaces.
