About the room
Nice quiet neighborhood in the city of Lake Elsinore. Awesome views. 10 min from freeway entrance. We are looking for a female roommate. This is a new purchase home. We will be installing new vinyl flooring and painting the room before its ready to move in. Room will be furnished with a queen bed. Must have a valid driver’s license, and proof of income. 2.5x the rent is preffered.
