Charming basement rental with private entrance , single bedroom, single bathroom, shared downstairs living space rarely utilized by homeowners and shared kitchen. We live in a little oasis with a pool and lots of natural beauty from the backyard. There is plenty of parking and it’s a fun place to host family and friends in the summer!

We are a young, social couple! We like to keep our home tidy and tackle house projects little by little since moving here in 2024. We love coffee dates and antiquing. Enjoy hosting too. The resident pup on premises is a pittie named Mazikeen. She is a people lover but does not get along with other animals so we are seeking a downstairs tenant with no pets.
