The room comes with a parking slot in a garage and the house has an extra storage room and in house laundry. The lease can either be terminated on October 30 or extended for a year. The house is on three levels: basement with extra room and washing machine + dryer, ground floor with one room, kitchen and living room (open space) and a second floor with three rooms (your room will be on this floor) and two bathrooms. The house is a 15min. walk from Caltech and a 5min. walk from PCC. The room comes unfurnished. There is also a big wardrobe with a full mirror. Also available to buy: two sofas and a table with four chairs for the living room.
Two of the tenants are students at Caltech and one is a student at PCC. Very respectful of quite times and common spaces
