The property is located in the City of Orange, approximately five minutes from the Orange Circle and Chapman University. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to major freeways. The property is a single-family residence. We are seeking to rent out the master bedroom, with access to shared common areas. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Anyone that is interested will go through a background check at our expense.

There are currently three young professionals living at the property, two engineers and one automotive painter. We’re all pretty easy going and tend to be at work most of the time. For most of us, a six-day work week is pretty normal, so we usually get home later in the evening. Overall, we keep things clean and respectful, and we’re looking for someone with the same mindset. We’ve never had any issues with roommates and have always maintained a comfortable and positive living environment.
