In Town / Walk to everything. The available bedroom is 10x11 and furnished with full-sized bed, bureau, nightstand, lighting, large closet. Own full bathroom. Shared kitchen and living space is on same level and has lots of sunlight. Laundry is on lower level. Parking: One more small car can fit into the driveway. We shovel when it snows. No overnight guests. Neighborhood is 8-minutes walkable to town via sidewalks, restaurants, movies. The property also has beautiful gardens to enjoy. Must agree to a background and credit check, plus cleaning lady fee. 3-12 mos rental.
