Private room for rent with shared restroom. Home is located off FM 2218 and Powerline Rd. With numerous walking paths and ponds. Home is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Currently occupied by married professionals. You will have access to the laundry room, a shelf in linen closet for extra storage, back yard and kitchen along with designated areas within refrigerator and pantry for your items. Rent is $650 a month with a $300 deposit that will be returned if you rent longer than 3 months and no major damage. Home is neat and well maintained and looking for someone who appreciates a clean space.

We are working professionals , I wfh 3 days out of the week and my husband runs our 2 businesses so is in and out of the home daily. Our 13yr old nephew attends virtual school and is with my husband all day. He is VERY clean and maintains the shared restroom after each use. We do have an indoor cat but he is not allowed in your space and is put away when we are away. We have 5 grown children who are all on their own but do visit periodically with our grand children.
