The Master bedroom is for rent. Full private bathroom with shower, and closet.

We have a shared washer/dryer in the garage. There is street parking or, depending on the size of your car, it may fit in our driveway.

The main areas of the house are furnished. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed and small side table. You would be welcome to paint the room if you like. If you need the room empty, we can discuss. We share most of the house which includes - kitchen with dining table, large living room with fire place, family room. The office/play room is family only.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking or biking distance from the Springwater Corridor Trail and Johnson Creek - which is a 15 minute bike ride to Sellwood.

Our front yard is an established fruit and vegetable garden, which we are excited about and harvest from year round. You’ll be invited to participate in gardening if you like. No pressure to though! Our backyard is large and fully fenced in.

Who you’d live with: Me - Mari/Mom & my daughter age 7 ½. I work mostly from home and spend time outside the home at times seeing clients. I am a Hospice Nurse and Grief Educator/Coach. I am also an author/poet and an active member of the Portland Literary Community.

My daughter attends school programs during the day and is with me full time. I like to cook meals most nights of the week, and be in bed by 8:30/9 pm. My personal interests include healthy cooking, gardening, farmer’s market, writing, reading books with my child, exercise, leather working, sewing, hiking, camping.

Overall, my goal is creating a peaceful, creative, kind, loving and wholesome environment. We like to host occasional potlucks and have friends over for dinner from time to time. Most of our friends have children ages 4-12.
