Room for Rent – Fresno Condo (Great Location + Amenities) Available August 1st.

Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share a condo located near West Santa Ana Ave in Fresno.

The Room:Private bedroom with good natural lighting and closet space. Room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own.

Bathroom:This is a common hallway bathroom that you’re free to use. Just asking that it’s kept clean and tidy as it’s a shared space.

Common Areas:You’ll have access to shared spaces including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and backyard. Cleaning responsibilities for these areas will be shared and can be discussed to keep things fair and clean.

The Property:Condo with a comfortable living area, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Shared garage available for parking or storage. The community also has a pool, which is great during the summer.

Utilities:Water and WiFi are included in rent. PG&E (electric/gas) is split monthly.

About Me:I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the place clean and chill.

Pets:I have a medium-sized dog who’s generally friendly but takes a little time to warm up. Ideally looking for someone who is okay with dogs.

House Rules:No overnight guests. 

The Area:Convenient location with quick access to main roads, shopping, and food spots. Quiet neighborhood overall. 15 minutes from Fresno State. 

Looking For:Someone responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. No drama, just a solid living situation.
