Looking for a third roommate, lease is set to renew September 1st (so not sure if the rent will change) but the current monthly rent is $1950 through the end of August. One room is available, bathroom will be shared with 1 other roommate. The room will be unfurnished. Will have to apply through the property management and be approved (which I will help navigate the process). Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Utilities will be split between all roommates, the internet and water/trash/sewage will be covered by me.

I am in my mid 40s, divorced, vegetarian and spend most of my free time playing video games or doing crafts. I like to listen to EDM, metal, classic rock and some Kpop. I have a small senior dog as an ESA, named Keebler who is the bestest boy and he rarely barks. I also have some small fur babies; 2 sugar gliders and a hamster. I’m terrified of snakes so I don’t want any moving in! I’m very respectful of others belongings and clean up after myself. I am not a smoker and only average maybe one alcoholic drink a year. I’m on more of the introverted side too but can still be outgoing at times. The other roommate is LGBTQ male 20s with his own mid sized ESA dog who is very friendly. Both of us are respectful and communicative.
