Perfect for a clean, respectful single person looking for a chill, well-located place to live. You’ll have your own bedroom with great closet space and your own bathroom. You’ll also have access to the backyard, plus the community pool, spa, and picnic areas. Street parking is easy and always available in the neighborhood.
All utilities are included (water, gas, electricity, internet, etc.), so super straightforward. Month-to-month lease, great for short or longer stays. Available starting May 1, 2026.
Location is super convenient—quick access to the 5 and 56, about 5 minutes to Trader Joe’s, coffee spots, and restaurants, and ~15 minutes to Del Mar and Torrey Pines Beach. Close to major hospitals like Scripps, UCSD Health, and Kaiser.

About the roomies
A bit about the home: the owners, a couple married for 20 years, live here and keep things calm and respectful. The kitchen is fully plant-based, so we ask that it stays that way. We also run a small dog sitting setup from home, so you’ll see some friendly dogs around from time to time—usually just one, never more than three. The home is 100% smoke-free and maintained as a calm, health-conscious environment.
