my roommate will be moving out in August & I’m looking for a new roommate. SEPTEMBER 1st would be the move in date. I live in a two bedroom apartment. And I’m looking for somebody to fill the spot. Rent is 2100 so SPLIT it would be 1050 (i’m sure with a new lease agreement the rent would go up possibly 100 more dollars so it would be 50 more for each of us) & we would split utilities down the middle. I am a 31-year-old female with no kids and I’m kind of looking for somebody with no kids as well & preferably a female to fill the spot. I’m looking for somebody more long-term.
