See the mountains from the front steps and walk to the trail in 2 minutes. Off-street parking in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to bus, grocery and shops. There’s room for your bike. We’ll share the kitchen, living room, workout space, laundry, and a charming back patio full of plants. Move-in date is flexible. Month-to-month rental.

Hello! My shy cat and I are looking for a fellow night owl to share our peaceful townhome along the Coal Creek Trail. I work from home and teach evenings at UCD.
